Vickey and I grew up together and had lots of fun times. Even though I hadn't seen her since high school days I thought of her often. My heart goes out to her family at this very sad time.

I met Vickey and the whole Payne family at calvary Baptist church when I was very young.We remained friends thru our teen years and had some very fun times together.Vickey will always have a special place in my heart,Gone way to soon..Until we meet again my friend. My prayers are with you all.

Vickey you are already missed so much, I keep waiting to see you walk down the stairs. I come home and your car's not here, the smile on my brother's face is gone. I see the sparkle gone out of his eye's, and the tear's running down his face. I miss our girl talk's, and the way you and Alisha try to scare each other. Condolences to the of Vicky Warner family! Art Payne, I think we played FB for Buccaneers too many years ago. We lost a son to cancer 14 years ago! Our kids are supposed to bury us not the other way around. Having known Art, I'm sure Vicky was a sweetheart, a good mom, and a good citizen!
