Vickey Darlene (Payne) Warner

Vickey Darlene (Payne) Warner, age 58 of Grand Haven, passed away Friday, April 1, 2016 in Middlebury, IN. Vickey was born March 13, 1958 to Art and Rosemary (Bedwell) Payne in Grand Haven. She enjoyed going to concerts, taking care of her roses and collecting Mickey Mouse memorabilia. Vickey was an avid University of Michigan fan. Her greatest joy came from spending time with her granddaughters. She will be lovingly remembered by her daughters, Michelle Atayde of Middlebury, IN, Amanda Warner of Chicago, IL; grandchildren, Imani, Brooke, Pilar and Rosemary; father, Art (Donna) Payne of Muskegon; sister, Myra (Richard) Nyland of Grand Haven; brothers, Steve Payne of Grand Haven, Randall Payne of Norton Shores; several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews; significant other, Steve Lantrip. Vickey was preceded in death by her mother, Rosemary and nephew, Christopher Nyland. A funeral service for Vickey will be held at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, April 6, 2016 at Klaassen Family Funeral Home with Pastor Wayne Muri officiating. Visitation will be held from 5 – 8 pm on Tuesday, April 5, 2016 and one hour prior to the service at Klaassen Family Funeral Home. Interment will be in Lake Forest Cemetery.
