Dear Barb and family: Just heard of Dave's passing. Still fondly remember the time we moved you from Guelph to Ann Arbor, with me driving the truck across the border. And Dave's getting furious with Canadian customs when he tried to bring in a bottle of wine for our dinner, and his returning from the customs shed with a receipt which read "poured out in the presence of the Crown." I will keep the happy memories - with my condolences, Mike MacQueen

Barb and Family,
I knew Dave for many years and had the utmost pleasure to work with him for many years. He was a joy to be around, always had a smile on his face, was a kind individual, loved his family and friends, and had a great sense of humor. He will be missed by all who knew him and we are all better people because he was a part of our lives. Randy Israel

Barb - our deepest sympathy to you and your family. Dave and I were the best of friends, almost brothers, for over 50 years. Through your trouble and ours, Dave was always able to cast a ray of humor on it all. And, he made the best Caesar salad ever! Rest in peace, my friend.

We are so sorry to learn of your loss. Dave was a great father
and fun to be around. The fact that our son Scott and Jeff are good friends, has meant many years of knowing your family and seeing you all in Leelanau county ,Ann Arbor and Big Sky. He left us too early.

I met Dave in the early 90's ,he was always quick with a quip or wry joke. Dave enjoyed most of the people he met and they were always better for the meeting. I will miss my friend and hope he's driving in a road rally in the next life.
Barb,we will hold you and Dave in our prayers. Lisa & Howard

Barb and family: We were so shocked to learn of Dave's brief illness and passing. He was our FAD twice in our years with Wendy's. When I had some serious surgery and was unable to be working, he offered to come here to help ovesee the restaurant operations so I wouldn't have to worry. So generous and thoughtful of him. When Jerry was in a serious accident, he called regularly to inquire about him and to ask what he could do for us. His kindness on these occasions were so much appreciated and so kind and typical of him. You were soulmates, and my heart goes out to your and your faimily. May God bring peace to you as you share fond memories. Carol and Jerry

Barbara,
Sad to hear of Dave's passing. He kept us entertained at the warehouse. I remember running into him in Dexter on a sunny summer day as he tooled around in that 512BB flat-twelve monster with a big smile. I was laughing at him as he drove up and he asked why. I said look at what you're driving, Dave. I was used to seeing tractors in that town as a kid. Fun guy.

I had the honor of meeting Dave one evening while working on a quilt project with his wife, Barb. He was very gracious and offered to make us a cup of tea so we would not have to stop doing our work. A kind man who will be missed greatly by all who knew and loved him. Sending my deepest sympathy to all the Wexall family, especially my dear friend, Barb.
