Fred, Macy, Sue I am sorry for the loss of your mother. I would have attended her funeral except that I was out of town when I was told of her passing. I understand the space that is now empty in your hearts and can only say that she will always be remembered. I personally remember in our young how well your mother put up with all the kids that were always around and how no matter what she always kept her cool and supported each one of you, even when you had done something wrong. I will always remember that time.

Words cannot express how much I am going to miss this dear friend, neighbor and mentor. Rachel has been like a second mother to me and a substitute grandmother to my children over the past 17 years we have been neighbors. I love her dearly, but am content knowing that she is with Ted, Janelle, and Bunky - and of course, our Father in Heaven. She is at peace and without any more pain or sorrow and there is great solace in that. I will miss our afternoon talks most of all. Condolences to Fred, Macy, Amy, Suzanne and the rest of the family. She loved you all so very much. May God bless you and keep you.

I am sorry to hear of the passing of a dear friend, but so glad she can join her husband in eternity. I know her testimony was sure along with Ted's. I loved them both. I will miss her as I have missed Ted. Her birthday was the same as my daughters, just a few years difference as they used to laugh about. I'm glad she can finally be with Ted again.

My best friend whom I lovingly called Our Southern Bell, has now passed from view onto the other side of the veil to be with other loved ones that have gone ahead and it is so difficult knowing we can't see you or talk to you but know you are at peace and have no more discomfort.
Rachel, you were a wonderful, loving, Christian lady that touched everyone's heart that was blessed to know you and you set a good example for the rest of us to share love to others also. You are a precious child-of-God that is a jewel and a treasure.
I will miss you so much and my heart hurts and I thank you for being so kind and loving to me.
Love,
Donna Jean

I am grieving for the loss of a dear friend. I am also rejoicing that she is now in God's Presence and with her beloved Richard ("Ted"). Rachel always had a smile and a kind word for everyone. Her love for Jesus and her family was boundless. I was lucky enough to have hers and Ted's friendship and fellowship over many years. Never in my life did I see a couple more devoted to one another. Their love affair was the stuff of novels. They always looked at each other as if they'd just met. I will sure miss Rachel, but I can't help smiling as I think of her now, with Ted, in Perfection.
