We were so sad to hear of Patty's passing. Great times were had back when you were in Suttons Bay. We will always have a piece of Patty, because she had made a small quilt and gave it to Erin. Our thoughts and prayers go out to Mark, Bobby, and Sarah.

Thankful she was in my life for 30+ years. She was always there to help - when we lost our son, Peanut; getting us ready for Alexis when she arrived a month early (she was the first one to change her diaper!). Toward the end, she was excited about seeing her family and Trixie, and to see what is on the other side. Rest in peace, sweetheart.

I will miss my baby sister Patty so so much. Her passing has left a permenent hole in my heart. Knowing that she is in heaven with my Mom, Dad and Big Brother Tom gives me peace. What a courageous women she was. I only hope that God gives me half the strength that she had. Life goes on but will never be the same without her.

Although I haven't known Patty very long, she made a big impact. I will miss her strength, honesty and humor. She quickly became one of the "swim sisters" at the pool in Fruitport. She will be missed on Earth, but Heaven has another angel.

I'm going to miss her smile and laughter even through the battle she still smiled and laughed. Patty showed how strong of a person she was and we spoke often as she battled cancer and shared many notes together to try to get her through treatments. Patty was my stepsister and friend. She will truly be missed by all of us, but she is in heaven now and smiling down on us for she is at peace.

Party Buffum was my AAA representative for years and she was such a delight to work with! We sat at the office researching exactly the right details of insurance I needed and planning my RV trip across the USA. Somehow, we always ended up laughing. I thought of her as a friend more than an agent. My sympathies to you, her family.
