Now, so many years later, I finally found this record of Jon's passing. If you, Darlene, are still with us... Please remember the "Good" times regarding WKBZ... Jon, yourself, Hal Waddell, Gen. manager, and I hope, me too. So many, many, memories of those days in Muskegon.
Now in Panama, and wishing those days were still more than a wonderful memory.

Mary Jo and I were deeply saddened to learn of Jon's passing. While we celebrate Jon's reunion with our Lord, we recognize he will be greatly missed by family and friends left behind. Our deepest sympathy to Darlene and the family of which he was so proud and to Jon's many, many friends and associates.

I had the privilege to work very closely with Jon in Scouting. He was an exceptional volunteer and together we celebrated many, many "mountain top experiences!" He was tireless, generous and exemplary in performing the Gerald R Ford Council roles of VP Boy Scouting, Mackinac Rendezvous chair and Council President! Jon also served Scouting as a volunteer at the Regional and National levels. I was always proud to count Jon Graska as a great Scouter and an even better friend.

Scouting and west Michigan lost an exceptional individual in Jon's passing.

Rest In Peace dear friend. May God continue to bless you.

Jon was a radio professional. He was program director at WMUS when I joined the station in 1966 at age 17. I followed his career as he moved to WKBZ, and even was able to have him come back to 'MUS for election coverage in the late 70s. Sorry to hear of his passing at such a young age.
