Eva Joanne (Rance) Hitsman

Eva Joanne Hitsman, age 76 of Grand Haven passed away Sunday, November 20, 2016. Eva was born January 2, 1940 to Charles and Irene (Dushane) Rance in Grand Haven. She married Mertz Hitsman. Eva enjoyed playing bingo and cards as well as working crossword puzzles. She enjoyed venturing out with friends to catch a good movie. Eva is survived by her sisters, Virginia Ostrander, Charlotte Thompson and Doris Meyers; brother, Ronald Rance; special friend, Larry Marek. She was preceded in death by her husband, Mertz Hitsman; son, Ricky Robinson, brothers, Mike, Raymond and Dale Rance; sisters, Edith Arch and Judith Rance. A Memorial Service for Eva will be 11:00 am Wednesday, November 30, 2016 at Klaassen Family Funeral Home with Pastor Sal Pirotta officiating.
