Norma (Clucas) Butler-Stoutamire

Norma Butler-Stoutamire age 98 of Spring Lake, passed away Tuesday, September 27, 2016. Norma was born September 3, 1918 to Chauncy and Lorretta (Carpenter) Clucas in Monroe, MI. She married James Butler on February 14, 1942 in Adrian, MI. He passed away on July 4, 1983. She married Dan Stoutamire on May 11, 1989 in Clearwater, FL. He preceded her in death in February of 2005. Norma was a member of Lake Harbor Methodist Church while living in Muskegon. After relocating to Clearwater, Florida she became a member of 1st United Methodist Church. Norma will be lovingly remembered by her daughter, Dawn (Ron) Davis of Grand Haven; grandchildren, Aaron (Joy) Eling of Grand Haven, Brandon (Dia) Davis of Spring Lake, great-grandchildren, Dylan, Alivia, Emma and Addison. She was preceded in death by her brother Paul Clucas. A private family service will take place at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to Heartwood Lodge Activity Fund.
