My sincere condolences to the Chapman family. My Mom (Mina Gutierrez) and I loved to visit with Janice and clean for her. We always walked away with a smile on our face after spending time with her and beautiful 4 legged babies who wouldn't stop howling at us until we greeted them with a hello and a hug. A truly gifted and beautiful woman! We will miss her spunky personality and wonderful smile. Please know you will be in our thoughts and prayers in this difficult time.
