Angeline Eding Hudson, age 93 of Grand Haven passed away Friday, December 2, 2016 at Riverside Nursing and Rehabilitation Community. Angie was born August 29, 1923 to Simon and Cora (VanWyk) TenBrink in Holland. She married Arthur Eding on June 6, 1940. He passed away on February 27, 1961. Angie married Ben Hudson on November 7, 1964. Ben preceded her in death on February 16, 1995. She worked hard to support her family and was employed at McClellan’s five and dime, Kresges Department Store and Sheffield Woodcrafter in Grand Haven. Angie loved to camp, travel and play the game “seek the word”. Not only a loving wife, but also a devoted mother who found great joy in her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Angie is survived by her daughters, Shirley (Robert) Scharphorn, Helen (Alan) Potter, Ruth Arens, Carol Chittenden, Rosemary Sniadecki, Debbie (Henry) Rouiller all of Grand Haven; son, Arthur Lee Eding of Grand Haven; 21 grandchildren, many great-grandchildren and many great-great-grandchildren; brother, Richard (Maxine) TenBrink of Grand Haven, Jack TenBrink of Grand Haven; special friend, Karen. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Arthur and Ben, son, Johnny Ray Eding and sons-in-law, Junior Arens, Jerry Sniadecki and nephew, Jeffrey Arens. The funeral service for Angie will be 11:00 am Monday, December 5, 2016 at First Christian Reformed Church 516 S. Ferry Street, Grand Haven with Pastor Tom Pettinga officiating. Interment will be in Olive Township Cemetery. Relatives and friends may meet with the family 1:00 to 5:00 pm Sunday, December 4, 2016 at Klaassen Family Funeral Home.
