William “Bill” Frank Mieras

William “Bill” Frank Mieras, age 92 of Spring Lake, passed away on November 16, 2021 at American House. He was born on May 27, 1929 in Grand Haven, MI to the late John and Alice (Yemc) Mieras. Bill married Lois Vander Wal on June 11, 1966 in Spring Lake, and she preceded him in death on May 17, 2018.

Bill graduated from Grand Haven High School, Class of 1949 and was a life-long resident of the area. He worked at Oldberg Manufacturing (A.P. Parts) for almost 32 years, was a former member of Christ Community Church, and enjoyed fishing and bowling in his younger years.

Bill is survived by his sister-in-law, Karen Kolberg; and his niece and nephew, Colleen Scurlock and Scott Kolberg.

The Graveside Service for Bill will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, November 19, 2021 at Spring Lake Township Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions may be made to Harbor Hospice.
