Thomas "Tom" John Kiebach

Thomas “Tom” J. Kiebach, age 55 of Ionia, formerly of Grand Haven, passed away at home on Monday, September 21, 2020. He was born on March 3, 1965 in Grand Haven, MI to Bruce and Carol (Bethke) Kiebach.

Tom graduated from Grand Haven High School and went on to obtain his Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Western Michigan University. He was passionate about music and entertainment which led him to a management position at the Kalamazoo State Theatre, which he did for many years. Tom was also a D.J. and the owner/operator of Tommy Keyes Productions.

He enjoyed fishing, traveling to the cabin in the Upper Peninsula, and was a collector of antiques; Tom was always on the hunt for a good bargain, and often found the items he desired. He enjoyed being outdoors and in his younger years, Tom played football for the Tri-Cities Youth Football League. He will be remembered and missed by so many in his life.

Tom is survived by his mother, Carol Kiebach; his children, Mackenzie (Ivan) Hyde, Summer, Forest, and Kaleb Kiebach, and their mother, Sarah VanderWoude; brother, Steve (Lorie) Kiebach; his nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles. He was preceded in death by his father, Bruce Kiebach on April 14, 2020.

The Memorial Visitation will be on Thursday, September 24, 2020 from 6 – 8 p.m., at Klaassen Family Funeral Home. Masks and social distancing will be required.
