Terry Lee Deiro

Terry Lee Deiro, age 69 of Battle Creek, passed away on May 15, 2022 at Bronson Methodist Hospital. He was born on December 4, 1952 in Battle Creek, MI to the late Robert and Evelyn (James) Deiro.

Terry graduated from Battle Creek Central High School and worked as a machinist at Union Pump until his retirement. He loved being out in nature, and was a gun, knife, and antique collector and enthusiast who enjoyed going to their shows. Terry also enjoyed spending time at the condo in Florida, making special family memories. He was an avid hunter who loved living on Beadle Lake in the family lake house, and was grateful for every moment spent with his loved ones.

Terry is remembered and missed by his two daughters, Gina (Steve) Schafer of Grand Haven and Sophia Deiro of Grand Rapids; his two beloved granddaughters, Olivia and Natalie Schafer; his mother, Evelyn Jensen-Delton; and his girlfriend, Carla Harrington.

He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Deiro; and sister, Christina Deiro.

A Celebration of Life Gathering for Terry will take place at a later date to be announced.
