Ronald Jay Bonselaar, Sr., age 81 of Grand Haven, passed away on Sunday, November 20, 2022 at Trinity Health Muskegon Hospital. He was born on September 26, 1941 in Holland, MI to the late Gilmore and Francis (Borello) Bonselaar.

Ron married Sherrill Ten Hagen on January 23, 1960 in Grand Haven. She preceded him in death on February 18, 2022, after 62 years of marriage.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Sherrill; and their son, Ronald Bonselaar, Jr. in 2017.

A private graveside service has taken place at Lake Forest Cemetery.
