Peggy Jo (Hall) Adams

Peggy Jo Adams, age 74, of Robinson Township, passed away on Saturday, January 10, 2026, at Rest Haven Care Facility in Holland, MI. She was born on May 19, 1951, in Oklahoma City, OK, to the late Edward and Ruby (Lynch) Hall. Peggy married Larry Adams on June 15, 1980, at Nazarene Church in Buchanan, MI.

Peggy graduated from Buchanan High School in 1969, having been in choir and played the French Horn in the school band for eight years. She went on to receive her BA degree in Elementary Music Education from Olivet Nazarene University and then her master's degree in Elementary Music Education from Purdue University in Fort Wayne, IN. She worked as an elementary music teacher for Prairie Heights Elementary School System in LaGrange, Indiana, for 10 years before retiring in 1984.

Peggy attended Robinson Baptist Church for almost 24 years. She was a former member of Church of the Nazarene in Buchanan, MI, Nazarene Church of Angola, IN, and Nazarene Church of Orland, IN. At Orland Nazarene Church, she sang in the choir, taught Sunday School, and was a teacher for the Child Evangelism Fellowship.

Peggy was a stay-at-home mother and teacher for her two children, home-schooling them and playing the piano. She loved and took pride in her flower gardens and was especially proud of accomplishing her certification as a Master Gardener. Peggy was also a people-person who loved to meet new people; lifting them up and making them feel good about themselves. She especially loved traveling to visit family.

Peggy will be lovingly remembered and missed by her husband of 45 years, Larry; two daughters, Crystal (Kevin) McConnell and Carrie Adams; three loved grandchildren: Ruby, Dempsey, and Eridani McConnell; her sister, Janice Hall-Miller; two brothers, Wayne (Kathy) Hall and David Hall; as well as several nieces and nephews.

The Visitations for Peggy will be held on Thursday, January 22, 2026, from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Klaassen Family Funeral Home. An additional Visitation for Peggy will also be held on Friday, January 23, 2026, from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. at Robinson Baptist Church.

The Funeral Service will follow at 11:00 a.m. at the church, with Pastor Mark Congrove officiating. Interment will be at Gibson Cemetery in Holland.
