Patricia Elaine (Miller) Etheridge

Patricia Elaine Etheridge, age 85 of Grand Haven, passed away on Tuesday, December 12, 2023, at home. She was born on May 18, 1938, in Chicago, IL, to the late William and Emily (Levandowski) Miller. Pat married Roy “Bud” Etheridge on November 6, 1954 in Grand Haven. He preceded her in death on December 2, 2017, after 63 years of happy marriage.

Pat graduated from Grand Haven High School and went on to work at Meijer Corp. for 34 years. She was a lifelong resident of Grand Haven, and longtime member of St. Patrick – St. Anthony Catholic Parish. Pat loved spending time with Roy in Florida, going on cruises, and cherished time spent with family and friends. She enjoyed art and especially liked sewing, crocheting, and gardening.

Pat will be lovingly remembered and missed by her daughter, Kathy Kamps; son, Jeff (Lynn) Etheridge; eight grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.

In addition to her husband, she was also preceded in death by her daughter, Debra Etheridge; son-in-law, Scott Kamps; and three siblings: Barb (Richard) Brunette and Robert (Dorothy) Miller, and Richard Miller.

A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 19, 2023, at St. Patrick - St. Anthony Catholic Parish with Fr. Dan Schumaker officiating. Visitation will be held on Monday, December 18th, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Klaassen Family Funeral Home with a Rosary reading at 7:30 p.m. Interment will be in Robinson Township Cemetery.
