Nancy "Alice" (Carroll) Pellegrom

Nancy Alice Pellegrom, age 87, of Spring Lake, passed away on Thursday, October 17, 2024, at Harbor Hospice-Poppen Residence. She was born on January 28, 1937, in San Francisco, CA, to the late Pascal and Zelda (Israel) Carroll. Alice married Paul Pellegrom on June 25, 1960, in Grand Haven.

Alice grew up in Coopersville and graduated from Coopersville High School. She was a Tri-Cities Garden Club member for many years as well as the Red Hat Society. She loved ceramics and flowers and took pride in her many flower gardens. Most important to Alice was her family and she relished the time spent with them.

Alice will be lovingly remembered and missed by her husband of 64 years, Paul; her three sons: Mike Pellegrom (Alvina Boeve), Darrold (Lisa) Pellegrom, and Douglas (Melissa) Pellegrom; four grandchildren: Stefanie (Jeremy) Pickford, Samantha (Kris) Purdy, Logan (Lauren) Pellegrom, and Hailey (Jalen) Bryant; five great-grandchildren; sister-in-law, Karen (Jim) Hartman; and brother-in-law, Peter (Dottie) Pellegrom.

She was preceded in death by her brother and sister-in-law, Donald and Arla Carroll; daughter-in-law, Babs Pellegrom; and brother-in-law & sister-in-law, Gerald and Deloris Pellegrom.

A Memorial Visitation for Alice will be held on Friday, November 1, 2024, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., at Klaassen Family Funeral Home.
