Margaret Mary (Modrack) Pfeiffer

Margaret "Marge" Mary Pfeiffer, age 89, of Spring Lake, passed away peacefully the morning of Thursday, July 10, 2025, at Robbinswood Assisted Living. She was born on March 9, 1936, in Grand Haven, MI, to the late James and Margaret (Boyink) Modrack. Marge married Donald Pfeiffer on October 20, 1956, in Spring Lake. He preceded her in death on January 19, 2025, after 68 years of marriage.

Marge graduated from Grand Haven High School and was a lifelong resident of the area. She was employed at Challenge Machinery for many years, later working in customer service at a local credit union.

Marge was a longtime member of St. Mary's Catholic Church and was a hard worker who had a great sense of humor and loved to have fun. She especially enjoyed wintering in Naples, Florida with her husband, going to the beach, golfing, and bowling in her lady's league at Starlite Lanes.

Marge will be lovingly remembered and missed by her longtime friends, JoAnn and Ken Moorehead, as well as several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Don; and her sister, Connie Leslie.

The Memorial Service for Marge will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 23, 2025, at Klaassen Family Funeral Home.
