Larry J. Potter

Larry J. Potter, age 66 of Spring Lake, passed away on Thursday, December 21, 2023, at home. He was born on December 27, 1956, in Grand Haven, MI, to the late Lawrence and Virginia (McNinch) Potter.

Larry was a life-long resident of the Tri-Cities area and was a handyman who enjoyed doing projects for anyone who needed an extra hand. You would find him outside, fishing, playing cards, scrapping, or visiting with friends. He was a humble man who loved his family, friends, and his dog, Bennie.

Larry will be lovingly remembered and missed by his wife, Terry Richter-Potter; five sisters: Diana Kirby, Rebecca (Randy) Todd, Regina (Tom) Nelson, Janet Potter, Jennifer (Bob) Melvin; two brothers, Robert (Priscilla) Butcher and Jeff (Brenda Durham) Potter; and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

A Celebration of Life for Larry will take place on Saturday, February 3, 2024, from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m., at the V.F.W. Sgt. Alvin Jonker Post 2326, Grand Haven.
