Lance Gregory Falconer, age 55, of Grand Haven, passed away peacefully on Monday, June 15, 2026, at Harbor Hospice-Poppen Residence. He was born on December 4, 1970, in Fayetteville, NC, to Harry Falconer and Pamela (Mason) Rumsey.
Lance attended Grand Haven High School, was a lifelong resident of the area, and worked in manufacturing for many years. He was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting and snowboarding, and he was an enthusiastic sports card collector. Lance was also a devoted fan of University of Michigan and the Detroit Lions Football, rarely missing an opportunity to support his favorite teams. He found great joy in coaching his sons’ Little League baseball and football teams, creating memories that he treasured throughout his life.
Lance will be forever remembered and missed by his two sons, Mason and Nathan Falconer; his father, Harry (Kelly) Falconer; his mother, Pamela Rumsey; his brother, Blake (Shannon) Falconer; nephews, Jacob and Zachary Falconer; aunt, Char Mason; and cousins: Chad, Darbie, Scott, Jason, and Mark.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Glen & Geraldine Mason, and Bruce & Mary Falconer.
A Celebration of Life Visitation for Lance will be held on Saturday, June 20, 2026, from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. at Klaassen Family Funeral Home. Interment will be at Grand Haven Township Historic Cemetery.
Memorial Contributions may be made to Harbor Hospice Leila & Cyrus Poppen House Residence.
