Kathy Lyn Frazier, age 64 of Spring Lake, passed away on Saturday, June 20, 2020 at her home. She was born on May 1, 1956 in Muskegon, MI to the late William and Vesta (Rosel) Snyder. Kathy married Tim Frazier on June 20, 1992 in Whitehall.
Kathy graduated from Whitehall High School and went on to work as a Phlebotomist at North Ottawa Community Hospital and North Ottawa Care Center for many years. She played the organ in her church in her younger years, and enjoyed reading, crocheting, taking walks with her dog, and bird watching. Kathy was a very likeable lady and people person who enjoyed being in the company of others, and was known for being the “cool mom” in the group who knew fashion. She always kept everyone’s best interest at heart and people said she gave the best advice.
She will be lovingly remembered and missed by her husband of 28 years, Tim; daughter, Kati Tagge (Cuddington) of Grand Haven; granddaughter, Leah Arthur; step-son, Shane Frazier of New Buffalo, MI; sister, Nancy (Nick) Russell of South Carolina; and brother-in-law, Tom (Joy) Frazier of Muskegon.
She was preceded in death by her step-daughter, Kati Frazier in 2010.
Memorial Service for Kathy will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 1, 2021 at Klaassen Family Funeral Home. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home, 12 to 1 p.m. Masks and Social Distancing will be required at all services.
Memorial Contributions may be given to Harbor Humane Society or Hospice of North Ottawa Community.
