Judith L. Ennenga, age 84 of Spring Lake, passed away on Monday, March 13, 2023 at Hospice at Heartwood Lodge. She was born on June 27, 1938 in Chicago, IL, to the late Gordon and Anna (Kirk) Hornby.
Judy worked for Kysor Medallion for several years before her retirement. She served as volunteer at the American Legion, Charles A. Conklin Post 28, where she was also a member of the Auxiliary. In her younger days, Judy loved playing tennis and bowling at Starlite Lanes. She enjoyed reading, spending time at the beach, and especially spending time with her children and grandchildren.
Judy is lovingly remembered and missed by her three children, Kenneth Ennenga, Lisa Fischer, and Nancy (Jake) Bramer (and their father, Kenneth Ennenga); three grandchildren, Kenneth (Lindsey) Ennenga, Cody (Emma) Fischer, and Emily Bramer; three great-grandchildren, Mason, Aurora, and Damion; her brother, Michael (Susan) Hornby; and her nieces and nephews: Gordon, Abigail, Kurt, Andrea, Erica, and Beth.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Gordon Hornby, II.
The Funeral Service for Judy will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, March 17, 2023 at Klaassen Family Funeral Home with Pastor Doug Bytwerk officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Interment will be at Grand Haven Township Cemetery.
Memorial Contributions may be made to the American Legion, Charles A. Conklin Post 28 Auxiliary.
