Joyce Carol (Visser) VanderWall

Joyce Carol VanderWall, age 80, of Zephyrhills, Florida (formerly, Grand Haven), passed away on Thursday, May 22, 2025, at home. She was born on March 10, 1945, in Grand Haven, MI, to the late Leonard and Marian (Clark) Visser. Joyce married Winston E. VanderWall on June 14, 1969, in Muskegon, MI. He preceded her in death on March 30, 2017, after 48 years of marriage.

Joyce graduated from Muskegon High School and then earned her bachelor's degree in accounting from Baker College of Muskegon. She enjoyed going out to eat with her friends, taking rides in the car, and swimming. Joyce spent the last 10 years living in Florida and she loved driving her golf cart around her community to socialize with her friends.

Joyce will be lovingly remembered and missed by her daughter, Naomi (Jamie) Bosch of Grand Haven; her two beloved grandsons, Carter and Dylan Bosch also of Grand Haven; her sister, Jean Henion; and two brothers, Dick and Art Visser.

She was preceded in death by her husband; and two brothers, Charles and Jim Visser.

The Memorial Service for Joyce will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 14, 2025, at Klaassen Family Funeral Home.
