Jeffrey Clarence Zahrt

Jeffrey Clarence Zahrt, age 64, of Grand Haven, passed away on Saturday, January 25, 2025, at Trinity Health Grand Haven Hospital. He was born on October 4, 1960, in Detroit, MI, to George and Darlene (Troder) Zahrt. Jeff married Nancy Reiss on June 27, 1981, in Grand Haven.

Jeff attended Lutheran School before he and his family moved to Grand Haven. He graduated from Grand Haven High School in 1978 and went on to graduate from Baker Business College (Muskegon, MI) with his associate's degree. Jeff spent his career working in transportation management.

Jeff was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed spending his time camping and fishing. Family was most important to him, especially spending time with his four granddaughters.

Jeff will be remembered and missed by his beloved wife, Nancy; daughter, Kayla (Zach) Stafford; sons, Andrew (Molly) Zahrt and Ryan Zahrt; granddaughters: Sophia, Zoe, Ivy, and Eve; his brother, Scott (Michelle) Zahrt; as well as several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents.

A Memorial Celebration of Life for Jeff will take place at a later date to be announced.
