Donald William Davis, age 85, of Grand Haven, passed away on Tuesday, March 5, 2024, at home. He was born on May 28, 1938, in Holland, MI, to the late Morris and Clarice (Brondyke) Davis. Don married Barbara Stillson on January 19, 1969, in Grand Haven.

Don attended West Ottawa High School and worked as a press builder for Dake Corporation for 38 years before his retirement. Don enjoyed staying fit and active, spending time with his family, and watching Western’s on television. People who knew him thought of him as “Just Don” and he was known to be a good whistler.

Don will be forever remembered and missed by his loving wife of 55 years, Barbara; and their son, Wayne Davis; his brother-in-law, Ronald (Diane) Stillson; as well as several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by seven siblings, and many in-laws.

Private services will take place. Interment will be at Robinson Township Cemetery.
