Dolores “Dee” M. Drenth, age 90 of Spring Lake, passed away on October 18, 2020 at Heartwood Lodge. She was born on January 20, 1930 in Grand Haven, MI to the late Ralph E. and Catherine (Richmond) Wiley. Dee married Robert “Tiny” Drenth on March 25, 1960 in Grand Haven.
Dolores lived in Grand Haven most of her life, and was a member of Trinity Reformed Church. She worked for Peerless Novelty (Stanco) for 47 years, previously working for Camfield’s Manufacturing and Haven Laundry. Dee enjoyed attending and helping out at her church in the Blue Lake Chapel.
Dolores will be lovingly remembered and missed by many nieces and nephews; and her good friend, Barb Busman of Grand Haven. She was preceded in death by her husband of 48 years, Robert “Tiny” Drenth on November 25, 2008; brother, Obidiah Richmond; and two sisters, Dora Mae Sischo and Dorothy Bos.
The Memorial Service for Dolores will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, October 23, 2020 at Trinity Reformed Church with Pastor Randy Bremmer officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the church. Interment will be at Lake Forest Cemetery. Social distancing and masks will be required at all Services.
