Dessirae Noalani (Garber) Rykse

Dessirae Noalani Rykse, age 30, of Robinson Township, passed away on Sunday, February 16, 2025, at Corewell Health Butterworth Hospital, Grand Rapids. She was born on August 25, 1994, in Grand Rapids, MI to Chip and Kathleen (Woodburn) Garber. Dessirae married Luke Rykse on November 15, 2014, in Grand Rapids.

Dessirae graduated from Jenison High School and was a stay-at-home mother to their two sons. She loved everything about being a mom and wife, and her family was the most important aspect of her life. Dessirae was strong in her faith, and she loved spending time with her husband and boys, shopping and looking for bargains, and traveling.

Dessirae will be lovingly remembered and forever missed by her husband, Luke; and their two beloved sons, Finnan and Kallahan Rykse; her parents, Chip and Kathy Garber; parents-in-law, Dan and Elizabeth Rykse; her sister, Cassie (Anthony) Bailey; and brother, Mike (Becca) Barry.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents.

A Celebration of Life Visitation for Dessirae will be held on Saturday, March 8, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., at Harvest Church Spring Lake.
