David Brian Kline

David Brian Kline, age 55 of Grand Haven, passed away on Monday, July 8, 2019. He was born on May 8, 1964 in Grand Haven, MI to Vernon and Sally (Walwood) Kline.

David was a graduate of Grand Haven High School, Class of 1982, and then attended Central Michigan University. He then graduated with his Bachelor’s Degree from Ferris State University.

David was most recently employed as a Service Writer for Penske Trucking where he worked for many years. He was a car enthusiast who loved fast cars and racing, as well as horror movies. David was an avid coin collector and had a large coin collection that he always enjoyed talking about with others.

David will be lovingly remembered by his daughter, Christie Kline of Caledonia; and his mother, Sally Kline of Grand Haven. He was preceded in death by his father, Vernon; his brothers, Jeff and Richard Kline; and his son, Zachary Kline in 2011.

The Memorial Service for David will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, July 15, 2019 at Covenant Life Church with Pastor Bruce Ballast officiating. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. on Sunday, July 14th at Klaassen Family Funeral Home. Interment will be at Lake Forest Cemetery. Memorial Contributions may be made to Harbor Humane Society.
