Christy Arlene (Davis) Schwander

Christy Arlene Schwander, age 60 of Grand Haven, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, November 26, 2023, at Trinity Health Muskegon Hospital. She was born on June 11, 1963, in Grand Haven, MI, to the late Warren and Vera (Chase) Davis.

Christy was a life-long resident of Grand Haven and worked at CMA Manufacturing. She was previously employed by Stanco Manufacturing and the Rendezvous Restaurant. Christy enjoyed horseback riding, fishing, and spending time outdoors. She loved her family pets, going on trips to the casino, and bowling as well.

Christy will be lovingly remembered and missed by her two sons, Zach Schwander of Grand Haven and Josh (Tammie) Langlois of Ravenna; her two beloved grandchildren, Joshua and Dominic Langlois; sister, Kelly (Cal) Button; and her brother, Kevin Davis.

She was preceded in death by two brothers, Marvin and Dale Davis; and sister, Bonnie Davis.

A Memorial Celebration of Christy’s life will be held at a later date to be announced.
