Betty M. (Giddings) Rezny

Betty Mae Rezny, age 92 of Grand Haven, passed away on Monday, April 12, 2021. She was born December 2, 1928 in L’ Anse Michigan to the late Kenneth and Sylvia (Darke) Giddings. Betty graduated from Grand Haven High School. She married George Rezny Jr. May 26, 1946 in Muskegon; he preceded her in death in May 1972. Betty enjoyed watching the Detroit Tigers, deer hunting, fishing, being active in her garden, playing bingo and poker with her family, and traveling to the casinos; she especially loved spending time and caring for her grandchildren. Surviving are her two daughters; Barbara Graham of Grand Haven, Donna (Harry) Brown of North Muskegon; son, Ronn Rezny of Longwood, FL; 10 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great-grandchildren, and her beloved dog Tiny. She was preceded in death by her son, Robert.  Visitation will be Thursday, April 15th from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. at Klaassen Family Funeral Home. Mask and Social Distancing will be required.
