Steven C. Brown

Steven C. Brown age 64, of Grand Haven passed away at home Monday March 19, 2018.  He was born October 27, 1953 in Florida to Dale and Margaret (Drolen) Brown. He was a graduate of the class of 1972 Coopersville High School. Steve married Joy Davison on October 27, 1978 in Grand Rapids. He had been employed at Story and Clark Piano Factory, Corduroy Rubber, and Arab Pest Control. Steve was a great story teller and was a big movie buff, collecting many DVD's over the years.  He also enjoyed horse racing and collecting pocket watches. Steve is survived by his wife Joy, and step-daughter Tracy (John) Fochtman of Grand Haven; 2 step-grandchildren, and 2 great -grandchildren; brother Dale(Anne) Brown of Zeeland; sister Paula (Steve) Northrup of North Carolina; and sisters-in-law Jessie (Bob) Leazier of Ionia and Connie (Matt) Lords of Grand Rapids. He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister in law. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Memorial Contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
