I had the wonderful pleasure of working with Bob as he selflessly gave of his time to Once & Again. Bob wasn't afraid to tackle any tasks and was a great help nearly every day. He was always a gentleman and brought the sunshine in with his smile. He was loved by the employees, all the volunteers and many of our regular customers.
He will be missed in so many ways. I personally considered a valued friend and will miss his humor and helpfullness with daily tasks. He taught me how to properly move furniture and that is a very important in my job!
He lived out his faith in God. He was kind and gentle with his wife (a trait that is quickly disappearing today). He was a man of his word. He never complained about the work. He was a problem solver.
He adored his son and was very proud of his accomplishments.
Yes, Bob will be missed each and every day but each and every person whose life he touched will be filled with wonderful memories that will be treasured always.
I am sure I have only scratched the surface.
My heart goes out to Shirley and Rob. Shirley you are a treasured friend and my heart breaks for you. Rob-I admire how well you are caring for your Mom as you are grieving as well. God bless you both and may you be comforted and strengthened always.

Truly a wonderful man and I am sure will be sorely missed. I treasured the time that Bob spent with me working out enameling product here at Bradford White. Always good to get his insight on enamel, life and fishing - not necessarily in that order.

One of my fondest memories of high school was hanging out with Rob and Mr. & Mrs. Richardson, playing euchre around their kitchen table while munching on chocolate-covered peanuts and raisins. Mr. Richardson liked to joke and laugh but also didn't have a problem being quiet. He made it a habit to put others first and to practice generousity. For example, I remember the time he encouraged me to give to God first by tithing on my gross wage rather than the net. And recently when asked what loved ones could do for him, this only thoughts were for Mrs. Richardson and Rob.

Thanks for giving your wife a kiss for me last Friday, Mr. Bob. Now I'll be happyy to give her one for you. Love you. See you soon.
