Nancy Ruth (Riley) Wait

Nancy Ruth Wait, age 80, of Spring Lake passed away Tuesday, March 6, 2018.  Nancy was born October 15, 1937 in Duck Hill, Mississippi to the late Henry and Douglas (Ware) Riley. She married James W. Wait Sr. on October 30, 1957 in Michigan. Nancy was a homemaker. She enjoyed reading, Sudoku puzzles and hummingbirds. Nancy is survived by her daughter, Jill (fiancée Martin Johnson) Herrington; sons, Jim Wait Jr. and Steve Wait; grandchildren, Corey (Jennifer) Herrington, Nickolas Herrington, Dylan Wait, Alexis Wait,  sister, Mary Behm; brother, Locy Riley. She was preceded in death by her husband, James and sister, Barbara Schollard. A Funeral Service for Nancy will be on Wednesday, March 14 at 11 AM at Nortonville Gospel Chapel with Pastor Joe O’Neill officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service from 10-11 AM.
