Lois E. (Parchert) Vander Wall

Lois E. Vander Wall, age 90, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Monday, July 23, 2018.  She had been a resident of Grand Pines Assisted Living.

Lois was born on December 9, 1927 in Grand Haven to the late Henry and Elbertha (Pellgram) Parchert.  She married William Vander Wall Jr. on May 24, 1947 in Grand Haven and he preceded her in death in 2011. Lois was a charter member of Emmanuel Free Church of Spring Lake. 

She is survived by her four sons, William (Wanda) Vander Wall of Surfside Beach, South Carolina, Dale (Mary Ann) Vander Wall of Grand Haven, Gary Vander Wall of Custer, Michigan, Paul (Christy) Vander Wall of Spring Lake; daughter, Linda (Jim) Bogner of Cary, North Carolina. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; a brother, Elmer (Linda) Parchert of Holland; and sister-in-law, Jean Parchert of Texas. Lois was preceded in death by two granddaughters, Jenifer and Danyel Vander Wall.

The family wishes to extend their thanks to her pastor, Justin Smith for all his visits over these last few years.   

The family will have a private memorial at a later date.  Memorial contributions may be made to W.I.S.H., one of Lois’ favorite missions.
