I am still in shock that Kevin is gone. The first time I met Slim he was my tag along to Kankakee, IL hauling scrap iron. Over the years I got to know him better as he would help us out in the winter time hauling scrap for Padnos, and it was always good to see him on the road, he'd give you a friendly smile and wave as we'd cross paths, sometimes even a quick chat on the radio. I can honestly say it's not going to be the same this summer seeing all the asphalt haulers going up and down the highway, and not seeing Slim in the mix. R.I.P Driver
