Henry George Fase

Henry George Fase, age 57 of Grand Haven, passed away on Sunday, June 24, 2018, at home. He was born on August 23, 1960 to the late Richard and Lila (Johnson) Fase in Grand Haven, Michigan. Henry was a lifelong resident of Grand Haven, and had a love and admiration for the beautiful beaches and pier. His joy came from watching the God given sunsets, which Grand Haven is known for. Henry was an avid University of Michigan football fan, and loved dogs; especially the German Shepherd breed.

He will be loved and missed by his brother, Brian (Nancy) Fase of Grand Haven and sister, Catherine Guzman of Allen, MI; nieces, Taylor Fase, Lindsey Slenk, and Ashley VanderPloeg; nephews, Colton Meyers and River Hyatt; and many cousins.

The Memorial Service for Henry will be at 3:00 pm on Friday, June 29, 2018 at Klaassen Family Funeral Home, with Pastor Derek Laird officiating. Visitation will be from 1:00 to 3:00 pm at the funeral home prior to the service. In accordance with Henry's wishes, please come dressed casual in your favorite U of M attire. Interment will be at Lake Forest Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be given to The American Diabetes Association or Hospice of Michigan.
