Gregory Todd Bush

Gregory Todd Bush, age 44 of Spring Lake, passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, July 14, 2019. He was born on October 1, 1974 in Big Rapids, MI to Gordon and Linda Kaye (Howell) Bush. Greg married Callie Christiansen in Spring Lake, MI on October 18, 2008.

Greg was a graduate of Spring Lake High School and Michigan State University. He was employed as a Wine Consultant and Distributor for AHD Vintners for several years, and was very knowledgeable about everything wine. Music always played a central role in Greg’s life. He was an extremely talented Musician and Luthier who loved to build guitars and give guitar lessons to students interested in learning how to play. Greg loved being outdoors and especially enjoyed spending time going on bike rides to North Shore Beach with his wife and daughter.

Greg will be lovingly remembered and missed by his wife of 10 years, Callie; daughter, Corynne Bush; father, Gordon Bush of Spring Lake;  sister, Kim (Alex) Everitt of Pinellas Park, FL; brother, Chad (Nancy) Bush of Spring Lake; in-laws, A.J. and Patti Christiansen of Spring Lake, Joe and Bette Carron of Muskegon; brother-in-law, Eric (Erica) Christiansen; and sisters-in-law, Faith (Jason) Eidson and Angela (Dave) Hanson. He was preceded in death by his mother, Linda Kaye Bush in 2018; and brother-in-law, Peter Christiansen.

A Celebration of Life Visitation will take place on Thursday, August 1, 2019 from 5 to 8 p.m. at Klaassen Family Funeral Home. Memorial Contributions may be given to the Grand Haven Area Community Foundation or Harbor Hospice.
