Theresa Marie (Ansbaugh) Spangler

Theresa Marie Spangler, age 66 of Robinson Township, passed away on Saturday, April 6, 2024, at home. She was born on February 27, 1958, in Lansing, MI, to Richard and Geraldine (DeSmith) Ansbaugh.

Theresa graduated from Grand Haven High School and went on to become a Physical Therapy Technician, working for the former North Ottawa Community Hospital for over 30 years. She loved all animals, especially horses and wolves. Theresa was a giving and inquisitive person who was always willing to help those in need and loved her family.

Theresa will be lovingly remembered and missed by her daughter, Angie Spangler of Grand Haven; four grandchildren: Marissa Hall, Kyler and Brynlee Spangler, and Zander Eskildsen; her father, Richard; sister, Audrey (David) Suchecki; as well as several aunts and uncles; her close friend, Robin Bolthouse; and her beloved dog, Zekia.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Geraldine; and nephew, Erik Thomas Suchecki.

The Memorial Mass for Theresa will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, April 12, 2024, at St. Patrick - St. Anthony Catholic Parish with Fr. Norm Droski officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the church.
