Esther graduated from Sacred Heart Academy in St. Louis and then earned her Bachelor of Science degree from St. Louis University. She was a self-employed consultant within the Healthcare industry where she spent years working for hospitals and other healthcare facilities during her career.

Esther was a long-time member of St. Patrick - St. Anthony Catholic Parish where she sang in the choir and served as a Eucharistic minister for several years. She was also a former member of the Sweet Adeline’s. Esther and Ray traveled to 17 countries internationally, and recently completed visiting all 50 United States.
