Ellen Marie White

Ellen Marie White, age 29 of Muskegon, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, April 28, 2021 from injuries sustained in an accident. She was born on May 1, 1991 to Michael and Lori (Whisler) White in Muskegon, MI. 

After graduating from Oakridge High School in 2009, she attended Ross Medical School, before starting her career as Manager of Patient Services for Muskegon Family Care. Ellen enjoyed cooking, spending time with her children, being outside in the sun, tubing down the Muskegon River, attending gatherings with her many friends at bonfires, and playing corn-hole. She also loved watching sports, and was a big fan of the Detroit Tigers and Green Bay Packers.

Ellen will be forever remembered and missed by her parents, Mike White (Bridget Lamberty) of Ravenna, MI and Lori White of Three Rivers, MI; her two children, Emma Pease (age 9) and Benjamin Knapp (age 7); her sister, Ashleigh White (Devonte Sparks); her brother, Michael White II (Sydney Heykoop); several aunts and uncles; two nephews, Eli and Onyx; and many cousins.

Ellen was preceded in death by her grandparents; her Uncle Glen; and her Aunt Ellen.

As her final gift to others, Ellen donated her organs to Gift of Life in an effort to help those less fortunate.

A Celebration of Ellen’s Life will be held from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 15, 2021 at Sullivan Township Park Pavilion, Ravenna, MI, with Eulogy to be read at 2:00 pm.
