Netta K. (Quirin) Ulmer, age 91 of Grand Haven passed away Saturday, November 25, 2017 at Grand Pines Assisted Living Center surrounded by family.
Netta was born November 9, 1926 to John and Nina (Wygant) Quirin in Sturgis, Michigan. She married Richard Ulmer on August 10, 1947 in Sturgis, MI.
Netta worked for over thirty years at Christian Haven Home in Grand Haven. Netta was a member of United Methodist Church of the Dunes. She enjoyed traveling, spending time with her kids and grandkids and watching the Detroit Tigers.
Netta was preceded in death by her husband Richard on August 24, 2016; and her three brothers, Jim, John, and Jerry Quirin.
Netta will be lovingly remembered by her daughters, Teresa Milliman of Sturgis, MI, Bonnie (Joe) DeGraves, Patricia (Jerry) Brunette both of Grand Haven; son Richard Jr. (Susan) Ulmer of Grand Haven; daughter-in-law, Michelle DeVito of Grand Haven; 7 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and her brother, Jene (Joan) Quirin of Frankenmuth, MI.
A memorial service for Netta will take place at a later date. Interment will be in Lake Forest Cemetery.
