Mark Anthony Goldberg

Mark Anthony Goldberg, age 37, of Grand Haven passed away Monday, October 9, 2017. Mark was born November 27, 1979 to Fred & Lelita (Serilles) Goldberg in Grand Haven, Michigan. He proudly served his country in the United States Army in the 82nd Airborne Division during the Iraq War. Mark was a member of the American Legion, Charles A. Conklin, Post #28. He was a true outdoorsman and loved spending time with his kids.  Mark will be dearly missed by his daughter, Lyla, age 8 and son, Brady, age 9; parents Fred & Lelita Goldberg; brother, Scott (Nicole) Goldberg; mother of his children, Valeri Goldberg, formerly of Pennsylvania and several aunts, uncles & cousins. A Celebration of Life for Mark will be 1:00 p.m. Sunday, October 15, 2017 at Klaassen Family Funeral Home with Pastor Toby Gruppen officiating. Friends may meet the family 1 hour prior to the service. Full Military Rites will be performed by the American Legion, Charles A. Conklin, Post #28. Interment will be at Grand Haven Township Lakeshore Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made In Memory of Mark Goldberg C/O Klaassen Family Funeral Home.
