So sorry to hear of Jims passing. I've known "Jimbo" since Little League in the 60's and 70's. I lost touch with him while he was in Florida and was quite pleased he made his way back to Muskegon! He was a great influence on my two sons Ryan and Jake and I'm sure, many more young ball players in Muskegon. He will be greatly missed by all! RIP my friend!

We are sending our deepest sympathies to you, Jim's family. Jim was a treasure and a gift to us in the baseball community of Muskegon and beyond and he will be greatly missed. Thank you for sharing him with us over the years, so many have benefited from his generous heart and passion for baseball and people. May his love of the game and life always be felt to all those that step on the field at Marsh for many years to come.

I am truly sorry for your loss. Jim was instrumental in keeping baseball alive in W. Michigan, especially at Marsh Field. Jim's heart was committed to his dreams for Muskegon baseball, and the baseball community will surely miss him. Thanks, Jim! For all the opportunities you helped provide for our area's players, coaches, umpires, families, and fans.
