Gary Wayne Lizut

Gary Wayne Lizut age 70 of Grand Haven, passed away Saturday, April 22, 2017. Gary was born May 9, 1946 to Frank and Shirley Dean (Gilmore) Lizut in Summerlee, West Virginia. He married Lois Peterson August 12, 1965. She preceded him in death in 2010. Gary worked many years for Grand Haven Stamped Products. He enjoyed bowling, golfing, camping, traveling and was an avid fan of NASCAR. Gary also enjoyed trips to the casino, quenching his thirst with a cold Coca-Cola and tinkering with cars. Gary is survived by his daughters, Kelly Lizut, Darlene Payne; grandchildren, Chris (Mary) Vrablic, Katie Vrablic (Chad), Macy Deal, Ryan Payne, Kyle Payne; 7 great-grandchildren; sisters, Brenda Vanpelt, Regina (Larry) Stair, Debi Hamer; brother James Lizut; sister-in-law, Joyce (Don) Tuenis; brother-in-law, Jim Peterson. He was preceded in death by his wife Lois and brother Donald Lizut. A private family service will take place at a later date. Interment will be in Grand Haven Township Lakeshore Cemetery.
