Amy Gayle Harris

Amy Gayle Harris, age 56, of Nunica passed away on Saturday, December 2, 2017. She was born September 30, 1961 in Manistee, Michigan to Wallace & Phyllis (Rhoads) Harris. Amy was a graduate of the Ottawa Area Center. She then worked at Kandu Industries for many years until it closed. Amy was an avid baseball fan and loved going to the Detroit Tiger Games. Some of the activities Amy enjoyed were going down to the Grand Haven City beach, eating out, playing bingo, and bowling. She especially loved listening to Country Western music and attending Family Reunions. Amy is survived by her parents, Wallace & Phyllis Harris of Nunica; sister, Lara (Gary) David of Stow, Massachusetts; brother, Tod (Barbara) Harris of Eugene, Oregon and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. The Funeral Service for Amy will be held at 11:00 am, Wednesday, December 13 at Klaassen Family Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be made to Special Olympics Michigan.
